- You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
- Your contribution must be made from your personal funds and will not be reimbursed by another person or entity (includes a corporation, labor union, or national bank)
- You must not be a federal government contractor
- You must be at least 18 years old
The maximum permissible donation is $2,500 per person.
